These three merch designs were made to support NOW's 25TH Anniversary album, celebrating this big birthday back in October of 2023. The one with the front CD chest pocket hit was printed and sold. The graphic on the front is indeed the exact size of a standard CD, but the jewel case on the back is not to size.
